L3Harris is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Systems Engineer (Systems/Software) in Camden, New Jersey, on a 9/80 regular schedule. The role leads safety-critical, cybersecure power-systems projects for military customers, covering systems and software development, requirements and traceability, subsystem architecture, test planning, documentation, risk analysis, and qualification. Responsibilities include coordinating with electrical, mechanical, software, and test engineers, supporting proposals and project schedules, and mentoring lower-level engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least four years of experience, along with systems engineering, embedded software, C programming, and security-clearance eligibility.
