Description
The Sr Specialist Tech Engineering role will provide and direct process optimization and troubleshooting for site utilities, including HVAC systems, cooling towers, and chilled water distribution. The role supports preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective troubleshooting, contractor and supplier oversight, engineering projects, consultant coordination, and the development of technical solutions in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment. It requires a doctorate with two years of engineering experience, a master’s degree with six years of engineering experience, or a bachelor’s degree with eight years of directly related experience, along with expertise in industrial chilled water, cooling towers, HVAC, validation, CAPA, and project management.
