Description
The Senior Software Quality Engineer - Performance Testing will lead the end-to-end performance engineering lifecycle, including strategy, load, stress, endurance, and spike testing; test framework development; bottleneck analysis; reporting, dashboards, and analytics; CI/CD integration; and performance optimization. The role requires 5 to 8 years of performance engineering experience, expertise in tools such as Gatling, K6, or Locust, knowledge of monitoring and CI/CD tools, scripting ability, and exposure to cloud and containerized environments. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, within the Software Quality CoE.
