ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff Content Portfolio Manager for its Digital Content & Design organization to own the collection, analysis, publication, and maintenance of product insights. The role publishes implementation guides, videos, blogs, and process guides; develops thought leadership; collaborates with technical writers, contractors, product, engineering, customer success, and partner communities; and supports go-to-market content accuracy. Candidates need enterprise software or process implementation expertise, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to learn technology quickly; preferred qualifications include ServiceNow implementation experience, technical documentation experience, AI content tools, and content authoring familiarity. Base pay is $133,600–$233,800 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
