Shield AI is hiring a full-time Contracts Manager to support defense simulation contracting operations. The role prepares, negotiates, administers, and monitors government contracts and subcontracts; supports proposals and customer growth; manages subcontractor relationships and compliance; and coordinates with Legal, Finance, Program Management, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of contract-management experience, strong FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and government procurement knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is a hybrid role with local-office time and occasional travel.
