Description
The Analog IC Design Lead will lead the design and development of high-accuracy analog and mixed-signal ICs, own critical chip subsystems, and serve as a technical lead across cross-functional product-development teams. The role includes driving circuit innovation, mentoring engineers, communicating technical concepts to senior stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing, product definition, test, verification, reliability, and product engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or a related engineering field, at least 12 years of analog IC design experience in the semiconductor industry, and expertise in CMOS/BiCMOS, mixed-signal design, Cadence, device modelling, verification, DFM, reliability, and yield optimization.
