Description
Early Warning is hiring a senior engineering leader to own technical strategy, architecture, design, implementation, testing, and the long-term health of broad or complex engineering areas. The role partners with software engineering, product, architecture, support, and operations teams; leads functional teams and cross-functional projects; mentors engineers; and supports scalable, secure, distributed systems. It requires extensive distributed-systems, Java/Spring, cloud, Docker, and event-driven architecture experience, with hybrid work in Phoenix, Chicago, San Francisco, or New York. The stated base pay is $155,000–$215,000 per year in Phoenix or Chicago, with additional incentive and benefits.
