Description
The Process Development PMO Manager serves as the primary PMO interface for project teams, functional stakeholders, finance, and management in a semiconductor process development environment. The role drives communication and prioritization, controls project costs, schedules, and milestones, coordinates deviations and mitigation actions, establishes PMO standards and governance, and ensures consistent project and portfolio reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 6+ years of product or process development experience, or equivalent higher-education and experience combinations, plus at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
