Description
Gigamon is hiring a Sr. Staff Hardware Engineer to lead board-level hardware design, bring-up, and validation for networking, embedded, and optical products. The role covers system and functional specifications, Verilog RTL and CPLD development, component qualification, prototype coordination with contract manufacturers and JDM/ODM/OEM partners, environmental and compliance testing, and support for customer escalations. Candidates need a BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field, plus 10+ years of design experience in networking, embedded systems, or optical products, along with expertise in high-speed board design, power regulators, Verilog RTL, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.
