Adobe is hiring a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer for its Generative AI Services team. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable generative AI services and APIs, building ML workflows for enterprise model customization and serving, optimizing GPU-accelerated training and inference pipelines, and integrating first-party and third-party generative models into Adobe products. The engineer will also set technical direction and mentor other ML engineers. The position requires an MS or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 10+ years of machine learning experience including production deployments, and 3+ years leading large-scale GPU-intensive GenAI systems. The U.S. base salary range is $190,200 to $345,650 annually, with higher ranges in California and Washington.
