Adobe is hiring a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to architect and lead the data-processing, indexing, and search infrastructure for Firefly Foundry's media-intelligence platform. The role owns scalable pipelines, hybrid and multimodal retrieval, agent-facing search interfaces, index freshness, enterprise isolation, retrieval quality, performance and cost, observability, and operational reliability at enterprise scale. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep search and retrieval expertise, strong data-engineering and systems skills, and technical leadership across teams. The U.S. base salary range is $190,200 to $345,650 annually, with higher ranges in California and New York.
