Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Systems Engineer to lead early-phase systems-engineering development activities for missile defense systems, including concept development, requirements elicitation and decomposition, model-based systems engineering, interface definition, technical reviews, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires a final secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, experience across the Systems Engineering Development Lifecycle, customer-facing requirements work, and hands-on missile defense or space-defense experience. The position involves approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the United States and offers a full-time salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
