d-Matrix is hiring a Sr. Staff PCB Design Engineer to lead the physical design of high-complexity AI accelerator and system PCBs, including 20+ layer boards, 112G/224G SerDes, PCIe Gen5/6, CXL, and DDR5/HBM interfaces. The role owns Cadence Allegro constraint management, SKILL/Python/TCL automation, power delivery and stack-up design, and interfaces with power, ASIC, manufacturing, and fabricators. Candidates need a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of high-speed, high-density PCB layout experience, and strong Allegro, high-speed routing, and automation skills.
