Description
Qualcomm is hiring a senior Low Power Chip Architect / System Engineer to define and lead mixed-signal IC architecture and system-level integration for ultra-low-power robotics and industrial IoT applications. The role covers transistor-level design of analog front-end and mixed-signal building blocks, behavioral and system-level modeling, pre- and post-silicon verification, silicon bring-up, reliability qualification, and hardware–software integration. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in science, engineering, or a related field plus 6–8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related experience, with strong low-power analog and mixed-signal expertise. The position is onsite in San Diego five days per week and pays $200,000–$300,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus and RSU opportunities.
