Description
Renesas is hiring a Plant Engineer to support the safe, efficient, and stable operation of auxiliary facilities in a semiconductor manufacturing plant. The role focuses on renewing aging facilities, planning energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives, coordinating utility facilities for production expansion and new equipment, issuing contractor work instructions, and responding to relevant laws and regulations. Applicants need experience in this position or similar work, or relevant engineering education plus semiconductor production experience, along with basic PC and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with remote work two days per week and in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
