Description
The role leads strategic sourcing and commercial management for MLCC, inductors, and embedded substrates, including supplier selection, capacity and allocation planning, cost optimization, contract governance, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and escalation of quality, delivery, and commercial issues. It requires 10+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry, along with English fluency, advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, and strong stakeholder and negotiation abilities.
