Description
Renesas is hiring a Sr. Staff Project/Program Design professional for its AI and infrastructure power team. The role leads cross-functional NPI product releases, program planning and execution, capacity expansion, project-gate reviews, risk mitigation, manufacturing and supply-chain operations, and structured program reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience, and at least 6 years as an NPI Program Manager; a PhD and experience with controller, PoL, and smart power-stage programs are preferred.
