Description
Renesas is hiring a Project/Program Manager for its Central PMO in the Analog & Mixed-Signal Product Group. The role owns chip development projects from kick-off through customer release, leads cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, manages plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and supports portfolio planning and product development execution. The position requires 5–7+ years of experience at a major analog semiconductor company, 3–5+ years of hands-on technical program or project management experience, and 3–5+ years of product-line NPI functional experience. Fluency in English and Japanese, knowledge of project management tools, and an electrical or electronics engineering degree are required; a master's or PhD in electrical engineering is preferred.
