MongoDB is hiring a Sr/Staff Sales Analytics Analyst in Gurugram for a hybrid role that partners with Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, FP&A, Compensation, GTM Technology, Product, and Technical teams. The role leads high-impact analyses across pipeline, forecasting, productivity, quota attainment, territory effectiveness, customer behavior, and broader go-to-market performance; builds scalable dashboards, datasets, reporting layers, and self-service tools; and applies SQL, Python, data modeling, governance, and AI technologies to improve decision-making. Candidates need at least six years of experience in sales, go-to-market, revenue, business, or related analytics, strong SQL and Python fluency, and the ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional projects.
