Description

UKG is hiring a Senior Staff Security Analyst - Incident Commander for its Global Security Operations team. The role leads complex cyber incidents, coordinates technical response and containment, performs endpoint, memory, network, cloud, Windows, Linux, and runtime forensics, conducts SIEM, EDR, cloud, identity, network, and forensic threat hunting, mentors analysts, develops playbooks and training, and supports detection engineering and malware analysis. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on digital forensics and incident response experience, major enterprise and public cloud experience, scripting or automation skills, and GenAI-assisted investigation experience. The pay range is $145,600 to $209,300, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of hands-on digital forensics and incident response experience in major enterprise environments
Experience leading or supporting major cyber incident command
Hands-on endpoint, memory, cloud, and host-based forensic analysis in active incident response
Hands-on threat hunting across SIEM, EDR, cloud telemetry, identity logs, network data, and forensic artifacts
Experience applying GenAI-assisted workflows to investigations, summarization, hunt development, scripting, or analyst enablement
Hands-on scripting or automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
Experience with a major public cloud service provider environment
Hands-on investigative analysis with major SIEM, EDR, SOAR, cloud security, case management, and forensic tooling platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Reverse engineering and malware analysis experience
