ServiceNow is hiring a senior AI software engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems across its platform. The role covers distributed system architecture, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data grounding, retrieval and RAG, model integration and evaluation, observability and governance, and engineering leadership. Candidates need 12–15 years of software engineering experience, production agentic-systems experience, automation and release-management experience, and familiarity with frontier AI SDKs, RAG, and production AI practices.
