Description
UKG is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead its Kubernetes Platform Engineering organization. The role combines technical leadership and strategy for cloud-native platforms with hands-on development of large-scale Kubernetes systems, reusable platform services, automation, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, and operational excellence. The engineer will influence technical direction across organizations, mentor senior engineers, and drive adoption of engineering excellence practices. The posting requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, 10+ years of software engineering experience, 8+ years in cloud-native or platform engineering, and extensive enterprise-scale Kubernetes and related infrastructure experience.
