Description
Databricks is hiring a senior technical leader to set the long-term architecture and strategy across Query Observability, SQL Warehouse Management, and Account-Level Observability and Governance. The role will lead high-impact projects, build agentic observability and governance experiences, partner with SQL, Unity Catalog, AI, security, and platform teams, mentor senior engineers, establish technical standards, and recruit talent. Candidates need 12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems, observability or governance platforms, databases, or backend infrastructure, along with strong computer science fundamentals and cross-functional communication skills.
