Description
Zscaler is hiring a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex internal infrastructure, new cloud builds, Data Center migrations, and cloud services programs within its Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services organization. The role is hybrid in San Jose, three days per week, or fully remote, and reports to the Cloud Operations Manager. Responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, cross-functional coordination, risk and dependency management, governance, and maintaining operational data in Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and spreadsheets. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on technical project and program management experience in cloud operations, networking, infrastructure, data center operations, cloud builds, or data center migrations, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and United States citizenship.
