Lightmatter is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive program execution across its Hardware Systems team. The role owns schedules, resource planning, priorities, dependencies, risks, budgets, and program visibility for electrical, mechanical, and system engineering activities from design through production. It coordinates internal engineering teams, supply chain, and external contract manufacturers, and serves as the primary interface for hardware program status to broader organizational stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of hardware program management experience, and familiarity with hardware development processes, material flow, and project management tools. Compensation is $189,000–$252,000 depending on level, with additional equity and benefits, and the role offers a flexible hybrid workplace model.
