Databricks is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to own and lead a company-wide security program portfolio spanning Trust & Safety Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Platform Security, Security Operations, Product Security, and IT. The role translates security, privacy, policy, and compliance objectives into strategy, architecture, execution plans, and measurable outcomes; resolves cross-organizational priorities; embeds security controls in roadmaps and launch processes; and mentors technical program managers. It is an on-site role in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View, with a local pay range of $180,200 to $243,340 USD.
