The role oversees research, development, verification and validation, clinical trials, regulatory filings, product releases, risk management, stakeholder governance, and team mentorship. Candidates need extensive medical device product development experience, technical leadership across hardware, software, systems, and mobile engineering, and knowledge of FDA design-control quality systems. The position is primarily a home-office role with 5–15% travel and a salary of $156,400 to $260,600.
