ZT Systems is hiring a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering to lead cross-functional test engineering and manufacturing test programs across multiple product lines. The role owns test strategy, infrastructure, automation, quality systems, roadmap planning, customer and supplier technical roadmaps, root-cause analysis, yield and reliability improvements, and program delivery. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of Staff+ experience across large-scale programs, and expertise in manufacturing test processes, test automation, and liquid cooling technology. The typical base salary is $93,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
