Description
CTL Engineering is hiring a Sr. Structural | Bridge Design Engineer to lead bridge design and analysis projects from conception through completion. The role involves designing, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on new bridge constructions, widening, and rehabilitation projects; conducting field inspections; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients; managing budgets and schedules; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a civil engineering or related bachelor’s degree, a North Carolina Professional Engineer license, and 10 to 15+ years of bridge engineering experience focused on NCDOT projects, along with proficiency in bridge design software.
