Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Senior Structural Design Engineer to support advanced aircraft structural design, modifications, manufacturing engineering, installations, non-conformance investigations, flight-test modifications, and special-mission aircraft programs. The role involves developing design solutions, creating engineering changes and modification packages, leading technical projects, and mentoring engineering team members. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering, at least 10 years of aerospace structural design experience, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, aircraft modification and manufacturing experience, previous engineering leadership experience, and advanced CATIA V5 proficiency.
