SpaceX is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer (Civil) to lead civil and structural engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for aerospace, industrial, and commercial infrastructure supporting orbital launch capability. The role includes design and analysis of structural steel and concrete, contract management, construction oversight, field inspections, conflict resolution, and coordination with contractors, fabricators, owners, and clients. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least five years of relevant professional experience, and a Professional Engineering license. The position is based in the Hawthorne, California area, requires relocation if not already local, and is not remote or hybrid.
