Description
The Sr. Subject Matter Expert & War Room Lead provides subject-matter expertise to government clients in surface warfare, combat systems, missile defense, acquisition, and related areas while leading war-room operations during high-pressure incidents. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages escalations, facilitates root-cause analysis, supports rapid issue resolution, and helps maintain business continuity and organizational resilience. Required capabilities include complex-situation analysis, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and incident-management skills; familiarity with incident-management tools and risk management is preferred.
