Westport Construction is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex multifamily, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role oversees multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, commissioning, close-out, documentation, and stakeholder communication while mentoring subordinate field staff. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction supervision experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications, a valid California driver’s license, and proficiency with construction management software. The position offers a salary of $160,000 to $215,000, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other development benefits.
