Description
Baxter is hiring a Supervisor II, Facilities & Maintenance to supervise maintenance and facilities activities for a two-shift manufacturing operation. The role manages corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance through a CMMS, maintains PM/PdM programs under FDA, GMP, and quality requirements, monitors equipment reliability, supports CAPA and NCR investigations, oversees maintenance budgets and outsourced services, and leads maintenance staffing. The position requires a two-year degree, at least two years of manufacturing experience, team leadership experience, and knowledge of manufacturing equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements. The estimated base salary is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with possible discretionary bonuses and medical and dental coverage.
