Molex is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Facilities in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The role leads plant facilities operations and maintenance, coordinates resources and external service providers, manages budgets and spare parts, evaluates upgrades, develops preventive maintenance plans, and trains operations and maintenance teams. Candidates must be aged 30–45, hold an associate’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or mechatronics field, have at least 8 years of plant operations management experience including 3 years in a supervisory role, and hold relevant professional certifications.
