Dexcom is hiring a Production Manager to lead and develop a production team, manage resources and priorities, oversee production performance and quality, resolve performance and conflict issues, coordinate cross-functional work, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, safety, and quality. The role requires experience leading production teams, formal management or team-lead experience, and typically a bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of industry experience; medical-device or digital-factory manufacturing experience is advantageous.
