Description
Baxter is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Utilities to lead a utilities team supporting manufacturing operations in a highly regulated industrial environment. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of critical utilities systems such as steam, electrical power, HVAC, compressed air, nitrogen, cooling water, and chilled water; managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, compliance, budgets, vendors, contractors, and continuous improvement efforts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, at least 8 years of industrial experience, 5 years of leadership experience in utilities operations and maintenance, and familiarity with reliability tools and regulated industries.
