Description
Lucid is hiring a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer, ADAS & Electronics, to support supplier readiness, launch execution, and production quality for advanced automotive electronics, sensors, ECUs, PCBAs, and related vehicle systems. The role partners with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, quality, program management, and suppliers; leads supplier readiness reviews, audits, process validation, APQP, LQP, PPAP, control plans, PFMEAs, and launch readiness activities; and investigates quality and launch issues. The position requires a technical degree, at least five years of relevant automotive electronics or supplier industrialization experience, and travel of up to 20–30% to supplier and manufacturing sites.
