Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer for its Corporate Plastic & Composite Powertrain Team. The role guides early-stage product development, collaborates with suppliers and engineering teams on design-for-manufacturing, manufacturing methods, tooling, RFx, supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions, and supports the industrialization of plastic and composite powertrain components. The position requires a BS in Engineering, at least five years of automotive NPI experience, knowledge of thermoplastic molding and quality standards, and the ability to travel 25–75% to Lucid and supplier sites.
