Lucid is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to lead manufacturing readiness for wiring harness suppliers from sourcing through SOP. The role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers to drive APQP, PPAP, process validation, manufacturing audits, launch activities, issue resolution, and supplier performance improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, at least five years of automotive or supplier-industrialization experience, and three years supporting wiring harnesses or similar automotive components. The position offers a base annual salary of $105,700 to $145,310 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
