Description
The Senior Survey Technician executes and leads survey drafting and data-processing work, including conventional survey, GPS, terrestrial and aerial LIDAR, and photogrammetry deliverables. The role reviews field packs and processed data, drafts plats, legal descriptions, topographic surveys, ALTA deliverables, alignment sheets, and templates; performs QA/QC; coordinates large-scale drafting and field-crew support; and assists project managers, professional land surveyors, and clients. It requires at least four years of relevant survey or drafting experience, expert Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center skills, and knowledge of coordinate systems and PLSS. Remote work within the domestic United States is acceptable, with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional travel.
