Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Engineer, Suspension Structures to provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for suspension structural systems from vehicle launch through series manufacturing. The role serves as the primary plant engineering focal point for knuckles, control arms, subframes, links, bushings, wheel carriers, and related chassis components, supporting production issue resolution, launch readiness, dimensional and manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, validation, and sustaining engineering. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of automotive engineering experience, and expertise in suspension systems, GD&T, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA/DVP&R, CAD, and production troubleshooting.
