SIG SAUER, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Sustaining Engineer to maintain and improve existing firearms products, troubleshoot complex production issues, implement design enhancements, coordinate engineering changes, and optimize manufacturing processes. The role involves root cause analysis, value engineering, product drawings and GD&T, CAD and PLM documentation, NPI support, reliability testing, and mentoring junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, 7–10 years of experience, SOLIDWORKS and tolerance-stack analysis expertise, and knowledge of machined, injection-molded, MIM, and stamped components.
