Description
Anovia is hiring a Sr. System Administrator to provide end-user and team support for workstations, peripherals, line-of-business applications, and server infrastructure. The role troubleshoots desktop, server, and application incidents; performs move/add/change work; resolves escalated L1 issues; trains clients; and collaborates with other departments. It requires a bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or computer science, at least four years of help-desk experience, MSP experience, and expertise in Windows, Active Directory, DNS, mail flow, VPN, file servers, RDS, and related infrastructure.
