Guild Mortgage Company is hiring a Senior System Administrator – Microsoft Platforms to manage and implement Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure; build and maintain solutions; govern platforms; support citizen developers; oversee junior teammates and contractors; and lead IT projects. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, at least five years of system administration experience, advanced Microsoft platform and PowerShell skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities. Compensation is $94,882 to $136,096 annually, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and a 401(k) employer match.
