Description
The Senior Systems Analyst serves as the technical lead for the daily operation, maintenance, and modernization of ASPR’s SWIFT Correspondence instance. Responsibilities include tenant-specific configuration, application troubleshooting, user access and workflow management, software release testing, EPIC Software administration, security and privacy incident response, complex issue escalation, user support and training, and implementation of ASPR-directed system enhancements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, including 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications.
