Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security as a Sr. System Engineer – Requirements Engineer. Position is located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed. Duties include leading the definition, analysis, documentation, and maintenance of stakeholder, system, and service-level requirements in accordance with IC standards. The role also involves performing requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability across the full system development lifecycle, developing and maintaining the Requirements Management Plan, and defining and maintaining test and verification criteria. The engineer will support the resolution of TBD and TBR items, participate in cross-directorate working groups, and ensure all requirements are complete, traceable, and testable.
