Dexcom is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Systems Engineering team in India to develop, analyze, and manage software and hardware system and subsystem requirements from concept through launch. The role uses GenAI tools, Jama Connect, and other ALM tools to create requirements documentation, traceability matrices, test plans, and verification activities, while contributing to risk management, design reviews, and mentorship. Candidates need a strong systems engineering foundation, experience with requirements engineering, verification and validation, system integration, medical-device regulations, and typically a bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree plus 3+ years.
