AeroVironment is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to develop uncrewed systems for defense and commercial applications. The role works with design teams to allocate requirements, develop system architecture, coordinate interfaces, define verification and validation strategies, and support bench, software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, integration, ground, and flight testing. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of engineering design or development experience, systems and requirements testing experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of $100,500–$153,250, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and requires U.S. citizenship or eligible status, travel, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
