Description
Lam Research is hiring a Systems Engineer 4 to lead system definition and cross-functional integration for complex semiconductor equipment, including processing modules and cluster tool architectures. The role serves as the primary systems engineering interface between process engineering and multidisciplinary development teams, translating product and customer needs into requirements, architectures, interfaces, verification plans, and safety and reliability artifacts. The position requires at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with a master’s or PhD, and offers hybrid work models combining on-site collaboration with remote work.
